This page serves as a common Map Page for the Cerničko Polje Webpages. The Maps to a Scale 1 : 50 000., as previously trial-published on this webpage, have now been replaced with those of a more appropriate Scale, 1 : 25 000.

The Society has maps of various types and to various scales of the BiH Karst Territories, obtained from various sources in Hungary, Montenegro and Vienna, Austria! We have decided to use the type and scale of Map most appropriate to the presentational need. We have tried to offer a reasonably good quality image together with the Scale Bar and cartographic orientation and Projection System details, to about the same scale. There will be a small discrepancy in this matching due to the fact that we do not wish to reduce the Map image to fit the Scale Bar, but rather the other way round. Hence the Scale Bar may be slightly smaller than the corresponding Map image.
For various reasons, it is not our intention to provide a general key to the symbols used on the Maps.
